煤层瓦斯抽采信息化APP智能系统开发与应用研究

瓦斯抽采是煤矿瓦斯治理的主要技术手段,数值模拟是指导瓦斯抽采方法选择、评价瓦斯抽采效果的重要方法.而传统的建模流程和所需数学模型非常复杂,导致大部分仿真软件无法大范围普及,为此,基于COMSOL软件开发了综合考虑煤层物理力学参数和瓦斯参数的瓦斯抽采信息化APP智能系统.研究结果表明:APP智能系统数值模拟得到普通钻孔流量与实测数据的误差为7.7%,水力造穴钻孔流量与实测数据的误差为4.9%,钻孔流量衰减规律与实际情况变化规律基本一致,表明了参数优选的正确性以及APP智能系统数值模拟方法的可靠性;该APP智能系统操作简单,可以对抽采方式、抽采参数、增透措施等进行优化,极大简化了瓦斯抽采不同工况下的模拟工作量.依据APP智能系统数值模型模拟计算了山西某矿3#煤层瓦斯抽采情况,随着抽采时间的增加,瓦斯抽采总量不断增加,产气速率整体上呈现下降趋势.研究成果可为矿井瓦斯抽采方案的制定及相关研究奠定基础.
Development and Application of APP Intelligent System of Coal Seam Gas Extraction Information
Gas extraction is the main technical means of coal mine gas governance.Numerical simulation is an important basis for guiding the selection of gas extraction methods and evaluating the effect of gas extraction.However,the traditional modeling process and the required mathematical models are very complex,resulting in most simulation software not being widely available.Therefore,based on COMSOL software,an APP intelligent system of gas extraction information was developed with comprehensive consideration of coal seam parameters and gas parameters.The results show that the error between the ordinary borehole flow by numerical simulation of APP intelligent system and measured data is 7.7%,and the error between the borehole flow of hydraulic caving and measured data is 4.9%.The attenuation law of borehole flow is basically consistent with the actual situation,which indicates the correctness of the parameter optimization and the reliability of the numerical simulation method of the APP intelligent system.The APP intelligent system is simple to operate,and can optimize the extraction mode,extraction parameters and antireflection measures,which greatly simplifies the simulation workload of gas extraction under different working conditions.According to the numerical model of APP intelligent system,the gas extraction of 3# coal seam in a mine in Shanxi Province was simulated and calculated.With the increase of extraction time,the total amount of gas extraction increased continuously,and the gas production rate showed a downward trend as a whole.The research results can lay a foundation for the formulation of mine gas extraction scheme and related research.
