Study on Mechanical Characteristics and Stability of Heap Dispersoid in Hexi Dump of Shuichang Iron Mine
In order to explore the mechanical characteristics of the heap dispersoid with different water contents and study the stability of the heap dispersoid slope in the dump under heap, rainfall and seismic conditions, field and laboratory tests were carried out on the Hexi dump of Shuichang Iron Mine, and FLAC3D was used to study the stability of the dump slope in the heap process and under extreme conditions. The variation law of pore water pressure of slope under different rainfall durations and vertical displacement of slope under seismic condition was clarified. The results show that with the increase of water content, the internal friction angle and cohesion of the heap dispersoid first increase and then decrease. With the increase of the heap height, the safety factor of the dump decreases gradually, and the decreasing range first increases and then decreases.Under the condition of once in 50 years of precipitation, the safety factor of the dump first decreases rapidly with the increase of the rainfall duration, and then turns to a slow decline after 5 days.Under the action of magnitude 7 seismic wave, the slope of the dump is basically stable, but the support such as anchor cable and anchor net should be properly added.
