Experimental Study on Reliability Boundary of Rescue Submersible Pump for Mine Flood Under Harsh Conditions
The operation reliability of the rescue submersible pump for mine flood plays a vital role in efficient rescue.Based on the background of mine flood and drainage rescue,the technical status of rescue submersible pump and common faults in rescue were investigated and studied.The reliability analysis of key bearings,sealing rings,impellers and motors in rescue submersible pump was carried out by means of experimental verification and numerical analysis.The coupling relationships among the reliability of rescue submersible pump and the influencing factors such as impeller material,foundation amplitude and lubricating oil were determined.The research results show that the key components such as bearings,seals,impellers,and motors can guarantee and improve their reliability within the specified parameter range or requirements.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the optimal design and manufacture of rescue submersible pumps and the improvement of rescue timeliness.
