全尾砂浆絮凝沉降试验及深锥浓密机选型研究

针对辽宁某铁矿山的超细全尾砂,首先开展全尾砂浆静态沉降试验,然后根据试验结果选择适用全尾砂浆的絮凝剂;开展了絮凝沉降正交试验,基于正交试验结果确定了絮凝沉降最优参数,并进行了验证试验;最后进行深锥浓密机选型研究.结果表明,全尾砂浆静态沉降需要8 h完成,而主要沉降在30 min内基本完成;建议矿方使用分子量为1 500万的阴离子絮凝剂.推荐全尾砂浆絮凝沉降的最优参数为:砂浆质量浓度20%、絮凝剂单耗40 g/t、絮凝剂溶液质量浓度0.35%.确定深锥浓密机直径为11.88 m,推荐GSNG-12型深锥浓密机,该浓密机的沉降面积为510 m2,处理能力为800~1 200 m3/h.
Test of Flocculation Settlement of Whole-tailing Slurry and Selection of Deep Cone Thickener
Aiming at the ultra-fine whole-tailing of an iron mine in Liaoning Province,the static settlement test of whole-tailing slurry was carried out firstly.Then,according to the test results,the flocculant suitable for the whole-tailing slurry was selected.The orthogonal test of flocculation settlement were carried out.Based on the orthogonal test results,the optimal parameters of flocculation settlement were determined,and the verification test was carried out.Finally,the selection of deep cone thickener was studied.The results show that the static settlement of the whole-tailing slurry needs 8 h to complete,and the main settlement is basically completed within 30 min.It is recommended that the mine use an anionic flocculant with a molecular weight of 15 million.The optimal parameters for the flocculation settlement of the whole-tailing slurry recommended are:mass concentration 20%,flocculant unit consumption 40 g/t,and flocculant solution mass concentration 0.35%.The diameter of the deep cone thickener is determined to be 11.88 m,and the recommended deep cone thickener is GSNG-12 type.The settling area of the thickener is 510 m2,and the processing capacity is 800-1 200 m3/h.
