Numerical Simulation Analysis of the Influence of Inter-Row Delay Time on the Formation of Blasting Pile
The formation of blasting pile is a dynamic process.Movement of crushed rock is different under different inter-row delay time, and the formation process and final shape of blasting pile are also different. In order to study the influence of different inter-row delay time on the formation of blasting pile, according to the engineering practice of a mine in Liaoning,PFC numerical simulation software was used to simulate 0 ms,25 ms,45 ms,65 ms and 85 ms inter-row delay blasting. The simulation results show that the degree of rock fragmentation increases first and then decreases with the increase of inter-row delay time, and the height of blasting pile decreases with the increase of delay time. The mine can achieve better comprehensive blasting effect by selecting 45 ms and 65 ms inter-row delay time.In order to verify the simulation results, the Weibull model is introduced, and the Weibull characteristic parameters obtained from the field test and the Weibull characteristic parameters of the simulation results are compared, which proves the effectiveness of the simulation results.
