Ecological Surface Fractal Analysis and Evaluation of Mine Ecological Restoration Area
Mine ecological restoration is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of mines. In order to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the effect of mine ecological restoration, taking Xishan ecological restoration area as the research area, combined with fractal theory and moving window method, multiple landscape pattern indexes were analyzed at global and local scales respectively, and the spatial distribution of surface condition grade was obtained. The temporal and spatial variation characteristics of surface condition grade in the research area were quantitatively described by means of change rate model and spatial variation atlas. The results show that the surface conditions in the research area are generally showing a stable improvement trend, and the mine ecological restoration work has achieved remarkable results. However, the surface conditions around the artificial landscape patches in the northern and eastern parts of the research area may be degraded, and regulatory measures need to be strengthened. The analysis and evaluation method based on fractal theory can objectively reflect the objective reality, and the research results can provide reference for the sustainable development of mines.
