含水层空间定向封存二氧化碳治理水害技术探讨

为有效防治矿井水害事故的发生,从CO2封存位置、封存条件和封存方式3个方面对CO2的封存和利用现状进行了深入研究,提出了一种含水层空间定向封存二氧化碳治理水害的技术,即在矿井注浆改造加固深部含水层时,把超临界CO2随浆液一起注入,实现CO2定向封存和水害治理同步进行.结果表明:超临界CO2不仅能加速浆液在注浆管中的流动,避免浆液黏稠发生堵塞,同时与矿井水及岩层中的Ca2+、Mg2+等离子反应生成CaCO3、MgCO3等固结物,能够有效封堵含水层中的裂隙和孔隙等导水通道,实现矿井水害和CO2矿化封存耦合治理.针对当前研究现状,对该技术治理水害过程中的注入方式、气水两相界面追踪、封存加固机制、超临界CO2浆液性能和封存效果评价5个方面的问题进行了深入分析,为碳封存和水害一体化治理提供了科学借鉴和防治思考.
Discussion on Water Disaster Control Technology of Directional Storage of Carbon Dioxide in Aquifer Space
To effectively prevent and control the occurrence of mine water disaster accidents,the storage and utilization status of CO2 was studied from three aspects of CO2 storage location,storage conditions and storage methods.A technology of directional storage of carbon dioxide in aquifer space to control water disaster was proposed,that is,when the deep aquifer is reinforced by grouting in the mine,the supercritical CO2 is injected with the slurry to realize the directional storage of CO2 and the control of water disaster simultaneously.The results show that supercritical CO2 can not only accelerate the flow of slurry in the grouting pipe and avoid the blockage of slurry viscosity,but also react with Ca2+and Mg2+ions in mine water and rock strata to generate CaCO3,MgCO3 and other consolidations,which can effectively block the water conduction channels such as cracks and pores in the aquifer,and realize the coupling treatment of mine water disaster and CO2 mineralization and storage.In view of the current research status,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the five aspects of the injection method,gas-water two-phase interface tracking,storage and reinforcement mechanism,supercritical CO2 slurry performance and storage effect evaluation in the process of water disaster treatment,which provides scientific reference and prevention thinking for the integrated treatment of carbon storage and water disaster.
