Study on Rock Intrusion Test of Simulated TBM Cutter Head Based on Prefabricated Perforation Rock-Like Conditions
In order to explore the influence of different parameters of prefabricated perforations on rock breaking by tunnel boring machine(TBM)cutter head, rock intrusion tests were carried out on rock-like specimens with different angles, hole spacing and row spacing of prefabricated perforations, and the change rules of intrusion difficulty coefficient, peak intrusion force and intrusion force energy consumption of sepecimens with different prefabricated perforations were analyzed. The results show that the spacing between rows of prefabricated perforations changes from 3 cm to 5 cm,and the intrusion difficulty coefficient, peak intrusion force and intrusion force energy consumption of the specimens increase gradually. As the spacing between holes changes from 1 cm to 3 cm,the intrusion difficulty coefficient, peak intrusion force and intrusion force energy consumption of the specimens increase gradually. When the angle of prefabricated perforation changes from 45° to 90°,the intrusion difficulty coefficient, peak intrusion force and intrusion force energy consumption decrease first and then increase. When the angle of perforations is 60°,the intrusion difficulty coefficient, peak intrusion force and intrusion force energy consumption are the least.
