智能机器人在深井爆破中的应用及发展趋势

随着浅部矿产资源逐渐枯竭,矿产资源深部开采将会成为一种常态."高地应力、高井温、高岩溶水压"环境对爆破施工带来了巨大的挑战,深井作业条件愈发艰苦,智能机器人的出现为深井爆破作业提供了新思路,从机器人导航技术、深度学习和通信技术3个方面阐述了智能机器人的技术基础,总结了智能机器人在爆破作业中的优势与难点,分析了智能机器人用于爆破事故处理的应用前景,提出了智能机器人未来应对复杂作业环境的重点研究方向与发展趋势:优化结构或提升补偿手段、传感器精度改良、参数的自适应控制、构建链式控制系统.研究可为智能机器人在推进智能爆破和深部矿产资源的安全高效开采中的应用提供优化思路.
Applications and Development Trends of Intelligent Robots in Deep Well Blasting
With the gradual depletion of shallow resources,deep mining of mineral resources will become a norm.The environment with high stress,high borehole temperature,and high karst water pressure poses huge challenges to blasting construction,making deep well working conditions increasingly difficult.The emergence of intelligent robots provide a new idea for deep well blasting operation.The technical foundation of intelligent robots were described from three aspects,including robot navigation technology,deep learning,and communication technology.The advantages and difficulties of intelligent robots in blasting operations were summarized,and the application prospects of intelligent robots for blasting accident management were analyzed.Key research directions and development trends for intelligent robots to cope with complex working environments in the future were proposed,including optimizing the structure or improving the compensation means,improving the accuracy of sensors,achieving self-adaptive control of parameters,and constructing a chain control system.The research can provide optimization ideas for the application of intelligent robots in promoting intelligent blasting as well as safe and efficient mining of deep mineral resources.
