摘要
某选厂锡石摇床重选阶段出现的黑色矿物,对锡粗精矿品位产生了严重影响.为保证锡精矿的产品质量,采用矿物自动分析系统(MLA)开展了工艺矿物学研究,确定了该矿物的组成、含量、粒度分布、嵌布特征及有用元素的赋存状态.MLA分析表明,该选厂锡石摇床重选阶段中出现的黑色矿物中主要有价成分锡石的含量为1.12%;黑色矿物主要成分是黑柱石,占56.09%,其次是透辉石和绿帘石,分别占10.54%和6.35%;同时磁性矿物主要有磁黄铁矿、菱铁矿、磁铁矿、褐铁矿,主要以磁黄铁矿为主,占3.70%.基于MLA分析结果,调整优化了选矿试验流程,即对该黑色矿物利用高梯度磁选机在0.3 T磁感应强度下先进行磁选然后进行摇床重选.优化后,从黑色矿物中最终获得了品位分别为4.83%和4.19%的两种锡石精矿产品,回收率分别为86.11%和 51.06%.
Abstract
The occurrence of black minerals in the gravity separation stage of cassiterite shakers in a concentrator has a serious impact on the grade of tin coarse concentrate.In order to ensure the quality of tin concentrate products,the process mineralogy study was carried out using the Mineral Liberation Analyser(MLA),and the composition,contents,particle size distribution,embedding characteristics and occurrence state of useful elements of the mineral were determined.MLA analysis results show that the main valuable component of black minerals in the gravity separation stage of cassiterite shaker in a concentrator plant is 1.12%,the main component of black minerals is ilvaite,accounting for 56.09%,followed by diopside and epidote,accounting for 10.54%and 6.35%,respectively.The magnetic minerals mainly included pyrrhotite,siderite,magnetite and limonite,in which pyrrhotite is in the dominate position,accounting for 3.70%.Based on the MLA analysis results,the beneficiation test process was adjusted and optimized,that is,the black minerals in the gravity separation stage of cassiterite shaker in a concentrator can be separated by a high-gradient magnetic separator at a magnetic induction intensity of 0.3 T and then re-separated by the shaker.After optimization,two cassiterite concentrate products with grades of 4.83%and 4.19%were finally obtained from the black minerals,with recoveries of 86.11%and 51.06%,respectively.
