Development and Industrial Application of Solid Waste-Based Wet-Sprayed Concrete
With the continuous development of deep mining, the problem of solid waste has become increasingly prominent.Using solid waste instead of mung bean stone and river sand as aggregate for wet-sprayed support can not only effectively alleviate the safety and environmental protection problems caused by solid waste, but also reduce the cost of wet-sprayed support. In order to study its feasibility, indoor tests and industrial tests were carried out.The results show that under the condition of cement dosage of 350 kg/m3,the 28 d uniaxial compressive strength of copper slag as aggregate is 52.9%higher than that of mung bean stone+river sand as aggregate, and the 28 d uniaxial compressive strength of wet-sprayed concrete of copper slag+crushed aggregate is 39.7%higher than that of mung bean stone+river sand.Under the condition that the uniaxial compressive strength of the wet-sprayed shotcrete reaches C15 strength grade, compared with mung bean stone+river sand aggregate, using copper slag as aggregate can save 63 yuan per cubic meter of wet-sprayed concrete, and using copper slag+broken aggregate as aggregate can save 50 yuan per cubic meter of wet-sprayed shotcrete. The wet-sprayed concrete technology of solid waste aggregate is simpler, the application effect is better, and the economic value is higher. This study not only solves the problem of solid waste stacking, but also has good economic and social benefits.
