Modeling of fan coil systems with mixed thermal and hydraulic characteristics
Aiming at the influence of hydraulic characteristics not considered in the modeling of fan-coil system, the modeling method of fan-coil system with mixed thermal and hydraulic characteristics was proposed,in order to meet the actual project for the fan-coil system control mathematical model needs. In the hydraulic model, the electric water valve of fan coil was considered, the hydraulic balance equation is established based on the Kirchhoff's law,and the flow rate and valve opening of each coil was solved by genetic-particle swarm optimization(GA-PSO);the thermodynamic model of fan coil based on Newton's law of cooling was established by taking water flow as input, considering the fan coil unit air flow and using nonlinear least squares method to identify and solve its total heat transfer coefficient. The experimental results show that the modeling method of mixing thermal and hydraulic characteristics can better reflect the physical process of the fan coil;the GA-PSO Algorithm has good stability and convergence, can more accurately solve the water flow and the corresponding valve opening, and the actual operating conditions of the test data relative error is less than 1%;the error of thermodynamic model is less than 4%in all kinds of practical working conditions, which can accurately reflect the heat transfer process of the fan coil.
