水稻恶苗病接种试验初步研究

摘要
选择了2个水稻品种,通过病原菌孢子和菌丝悬浮液与稻粒混拌的方法接种,接种5 d后分离出病原菌的芽数占总分离稻芽的70％以上,从病原菌分离出部位看,病原菌随着植株生长逐步向上扩展蔓延.接种发病的效果证明了使用稻粒与恶苗病菌混拌接种方法是可行的,且简便易行.
Abstract
In this paper,two rice varieties were selected and inoculated by mixing pathogen spores and mycelia suspension with rice grain.After 5 days of inoculation,the number of shoots isolated pathogens accounted for more than 70％of the total isolated rice shoots.The effect of inoculation proved that the mixed inoculation method of rice grain and pathogen was feasible and simple.
