辽宁常规水稻育种中抗稻瘟病基因分析与利用

通过对辽宁常规水稻9个品种的抗稻瘟病基因和表现型综合分析,结果表明:辽粳401、辽粳香1号和辽粳香2号只携带一个抗病基因Pita,抗性一般,表现为抗和中抗;辽粳419和辽粳1499含有两个抗病基因Pita、Pia,进一步增强稻瘟病抗性,表现为抗和高抗;辽粳软1号含两个抗病基因Pita、Pil,也表现抗和高抗;而辽粳1540和辽粳2086都属于优质晚熟品种,之间亲缘关系较近,都不含稻瘟病抗性基因,表现为抗和中抗;外引品种粳北812只有一个抗性基因Pil,抗性最差.明确9个水稻品种含有抗病基因情况,通过聚合其它抗病基因使用,可以快速提高选育水稻新品种的广谱抗性.
Abstract
A comprehensive analysis of blast resistance genes and phenotypes of 9 varieties of conventional rice in Liaoning showed that Liaogeng-401,Liaogengxiang-1 and Liaogengxiang-2 carried only one resistance gene Pita,and the resistance was normal and moderate.Liaogeng-419 and Liaogeng-1499 contain two resistance genes,Pita and Pia,which further enhance the resistance of rice blast,showing resistance and high resistance.Liaogengruan-1 contains two resistance genes Pita and Pil,which also show resistance and high resistance.However,Liaogeng-1540 and Liaogeng-2086 are high quality late maturing varieties,which are closely related to each other and do not contain blast resistance genes,showing resistance and moderate resistance.The imported variety Gengbei-812 has only one resistance gene Pil,and the resistance is the worst.It is clear that 9 rice varieties contain disease resistance genes,and the broad-spectrum resistance of new rice varieties can be rapidly improved by using other disease resistance genes.
