氮密互作对优质食味水稻盐粳939产量和品质的影响

研究了不同氮肥施用量(纯氮0、90、150、210、270kg/hm2)和种植密度(30cm×18cm、30cm×14cm、30cm×10cm)互作对优质食味水稻盐粳939产量和品质的影响。结果表明:不同施氮量和种植密度对盐粳939的产量和品质影响显著。低密高氮依然是产量显著提高的手段;在兼顾产量的前提下:在密度30cm×18cm、施氮量10kg/667m2的条件下可获得较好的外观品质;在密度30cm×10cm、施氮量10kg/667m2的条件下可获得较好的食味品质。低氮条件下水稻的氮素利用率等指标会显著提高。
Effects of Transplanting Density and Nitrogen Fertilizer Rate on Yield Formation and Grain Quality of Fine eating quality Rice Yangeng-939
The effects of different nitrogen fertilizer application rates(pure nitrogen 0 kg/hm2,90 kg/hm2,150 kg/hm2,210 kg/hm2,270 kg/hm2)and planting density(30 cm×18 cm,30 cm×14 cm,30 cm×10 cm)on the yield and quality of high-quality edible rice Yangeng-939 were studied.The results showed that different nitrogen application rates and planting densities had a significant impact on the yield and quality of Yangeng-939.Low density and high nitrogen are still the means to significantly increase yield,while taking into account the premise of yield:under the conditions of density 30 cm×18 cm and nitrogen application rate 10 kg/667 m2,the best appearance income can be obtained;The best taste value benefits can be obtained under the conditions of a density of 30 cm×10 cm and a nitrogen application rate of 10kg/mu.And under low nitrogen conditions,the nitrogen utilization efficiency and other indicators of rice will significantly improve.
