Analysis on the Development Status and Structural Adjustment Strategy of Rice Seed Industry in Yingkou City
Based on the national seed industry development plan and the requirements of high-quality development of seed industry,the development status of rice seed industry in Yingkou City was analyzed.The results showed that there were some outstanding problems in Yingkou rice seed industry,such as small business scale,weak breeding research foundation,serious variety homogenization,weak brand awareness and imperfect industrial chain.The corresponding adjustment strategies and suggestions were put forward from the perspectives of enhancing the market competitiveness of seed enterprises,lowering the financing threshold.increasing the investment in scientific research funds of enterprises,strengthening the modernization of seed breeding bases,strengthening the protection of varieties,optimizing the structure of rice varieties,and improving the industrial management level of nce.
