摘要

随着全球气候变暖,高温胁迫已成为影响水稻种植业的关键性因素.高温胁迫能降低水稻光合速率、加快蒸腾速率,会抑制水稻生长发育进程,导致其结实率和千粒重下降、蛋白质含量减少,进而影响水稻产量和品质.研究高温胁迫对水稻产量和品质的影响,有助于种植者和研究人员更深入理解温度变化对水稻生长带来的潜在威胁,减轻高温胁迫的负面影响.

Abstract

With the global climate warming,high-temperature stress has become a key factor affecting rice cultivation.High-temperature stress can reduce the photosynthetic rate of rice,increase the transpiration rate,significantly inhibit the growth and development process of rice,leading to a decrease in grain setting rate and thousand-grain weight,and a reduction in protein content,affecting the yield and quality of rice.Studying the impact of high-temperature stress on the yield and quality of rice can enrich our understanding of the mechanisms by which high temperature affects rice yield and quality,helping growers and researchers to better understand the potential threats that temperature changes pose to rice growth and to mitigate the adverse effects of high-temperature stress.
