Abstract
Against the backdrop of rural revitalization,the strategies for talent cultivation and introduction in the rice planting industry are particularly crucial.They not only play a vital role in promoting the upgrading of the rice planting industry and the development of rural economy,but also are the core elements for achieving technological innovation and enhancing industrial competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen agricultural education and skills training,establish a multi-level talent cultivation system,promote the deep integration of industry,academia,research,and application,broaden the introduction channels,optimize talent policies,create a good talent ecological environment,thereby effectively improving the quality of the talent team in the rice planting industry,promoting the innovation and upgrading of the rice planting industry,and facilitating the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
