The increasing frequency of extreme weather events and the intensification of geopolitical patterns have highlighted the importance of the rice industry in ensuring national food security.The financial risks in the rice industry chain are characterized by multi-sourced,complexity,and dynamic changes,which are deeply affected by internal and external factors such as price fluctuations,natural disasters,and policy changes.To prevent financial risks from the source and reduce the losses caused by financial risks,this study constructs a financial risk assessment index system and risk assessment model for the rice industry chain,and proposes two control strategies for risk prevention and risk transfer.This also provides scientific decision support for risk management in the rice industry chain.
