Distribution of 10 Blast Resistant Genes in Japonica Varieties(Lines)of Huang-huai Region
Molecular detection was conducted on 94 japonica rice varieties(lines)from the Huanghuai region using molecular markers of 10 blast resistance genes,including Pi5,Pii,Pib,Pita,Pita2,Pish,Pi54,Pia,Piztand Pikm.The results showed that the distribution frequencies of 10 genes in the tested varieties were 15.96%,15.96%,87.23%,37.23%,73.40%,85.11%,59.57%,32.98%,29.79%and 37.23%respectively.Among the tested varieties,the variety with the highest detection of 5 blast resistance genes accounted for 35.1%of the total number of tested varieties;There are 23,19,6,6,4,2,3,7,8,and 1 varieties with blast resistance genes detected,respectively.This study preliminarily identified the distribution of 10 blast resistant genes in 94 rice varieties(lines)from the Huanghuai region,providing a reference basis for blast resistant assisted breeding.
