复配育秧基质对水稻苗期生长的影响

将有机育秧基质分别与棕壤土、水稻土按照不同比例混合作为培养基质,通过检测基质理化指标,观察水稻生长趋势,结合复配基质对蔗糖代谢相关酶及可溶性蛋白含量的影响,筛选出水稻育秧的最适配比。结果表明:采用主成分分析得出地上干重可代表水稻生长趋势,筛选出最优处理T2(75%棕壤土+25%有机基质),育秧基质理化指标优于其他处理组,适合水稻生长且长势较好,为优化室内水稻苗期培育生长条件提供理论依据。
Effect of Combined Seedling Raising Mechanism on the Growth of Rice Seedling
Organic seedling matrix was mixed with brown loam soil and paddy soil in different proportions as culture matrix.The physical and chemical indexes of the matrix were detected.The growth trend of rice was observed.According to the effects of the complex matrix on sucrose metabolism related enzymes and soluble protein content,the optimal ratio of rice seedling cultivation was selected.The results show that the above ground dry weight can represent the growth trend of rice by principal component analysis.Select the optimal treatment T2(75%BS+25%OSS).The seedling matrix is better than other treatment groups,which is suitable for rice growth and good growth,and provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the growth conditions of indoor rice seedling.
