The Mutual Influence and Suggestion of Irrigation and Water Conservancy Facilities and Rice in Panjin Irrigation Area
The interaction between irrigation and water conservancy facilities and rice in Panjin Irrigation District was studied.The results showed that irrigation and water conservancy facilities could improve rice yield by improving rice production efficiency,reducing rice production cost and expanding rice harvest area.At the same time,rice affects the demand and construction of farmland water conservancy facilities by affecting water demand,farmers'income and irrigation expenses.In addition,suggestions were put forward to promote the construction of irrigation and water conservancy facilities,increase rice production and comprehensive utilization of rice.
