阐述了我国水稻供应链生产、加工、仓储、销售、消费等环节的现状,在遵循整体优化、需求导向、信息化、协同合作、可持续发展等水稻供应链优化原则的基础上,充分考虑各个环节,从水稻供应链系统的角度探讨其设计与实施,以提出针对性的解决方案.
Abstract
The current situation of production,processing,storage,sales and consumption of rice supply chain in China was described.Based on the principles of overall optimization,demand-oriented,informationization,collaborative cooperation and sustainable development,the design and implementation of rice supply chain system was discussed from the perspective of rice supply chain system,so as to put forward targeted solutions.
