以 52份直播后代稳定品系为研究材料,对其稻米产量及品质性状进行分析,结果表明,供试材料产量及稻米品质性状均有不同程度分离。在产量上有待提高,但在加工品质、外观品质、营养食味品质等方面存在较大优势。利用主成分分析对直播稻种质资源稻米品质性状采用降维处理,构建了稻米品质性状的综合评价函数,筛选出 5 份评分大于 2。0 的材料,22DS045评分最高,达 3。102,为辽宁滨海稻区抗逆优良食味直播水稻新品种选育研究与创新提供材料基础。
Comparison of Yield and Rice Quality of Direct Seeding Rice Progeny Stable Lines Based on Principal Component Analysis
Rice yield and quality traits of 52 stable lines of direct progeny were analyzed.The results showed that the yield and quality traits of rice were separated in different degrees.In terms of yield,it needs to be improved,but it has great advantages in processing quality,appearance quality,nutrition and taste quality.The comprehensive evaluation function of rice quality traits was constructed by using principal component analysis to reduce the dimensionality of rice quality resources,and 5 materials with scores greater than 2.0 were selected.22DS045 scored the highest score(3.102),which provided the material basis for the research and innovation of new varieties breeding of resistant and good eating resistance live rice in coastal rice area of Liaoning Province.
