Effect of Increasing Temperature on Rice Yield and Rice Quality in Coastal Area
In order to investigate the effects of temperature increase on rice yield and quality in coastal areas, two treatments of temperature increase(2℃)and normal temperature control were used as experimental materials,"Yangeng-476"and"Yangeng-313".The results showed that the fertility rate of rice pollen was 15.18%for Yangeng-476 and 12.56%for Yangeng-313.The yield of Yangeng-476 and Yangeng-313 were 277.81 kg/667 m2 and 388.36 kg/667 m2 respectively, which were significantly reduced by 231.89 kg/667 m2 and 265.3 kg/667 m2 respectively compared with the corresponding CK treatment.Compared with CK treatment, the food taste value decreased and amylose content and protein content increased.
