The Qingdao police in the early 1930s promoted the modernization of Chinese police administration through three key aspects:organization,technical investigation,and professionalism.The Freemasonry of Qingdao Public Security Bureau provides a platform for police to support each other,improve their material treatment,and enhance their professional identity through psychological construction.The widespread use of advanced investigation technology not only enhances the efficiency of public security prevention and control but also reflects the principle of adapting police administration modernization to local conditions.Furthermore,it promotes relevant academic research and theoretical construction while indicating the development direction of modernizing police technical investigation.The clarification and standardization of professional norms directly advance the modernization process of police administration and contribute to the separation of military and police,facilitating a leapfrog transformation from traditional national military forces to modern social security forces.
