摘要
新中国成立后,为改善人民衣被状况,改变纺织工业不合理的布局,党和政府在内地兴建了北京、郑州、石家庄、西安、邯郸等五大纺织工业基地.郑州纺织工业基地历时十年建成,代表性企业有国棉一、二、三、四、五、六厂,郑州纺织机械厂、郑州印染厂等.其顺利建成的主要原因在于:"全国一盘棋",集中领导、统一规划、综合平衡的建设方针;领导重视,深入细致的工作方法;广大建设者高昂的工作热情.郑州纺织工业基地为新中国纺织工业的发展做出了重大贡献.
Abstract
After the founding of the People's Republic of China,in order to improve the people's clothing situation and change the unreasonable layout of the textile industry,the Party and the government built five major textile industrial bases in the mainland,including Beijing,Zhengzhou,Shijiazhuang,Xi'an,and Handan.The Zhengzhou Textile Industrial Base took ten years to complete.The representative enterprises include National Cotton No.1,No.2,No.3,No.4,No.5 and No.6,Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Factory,Zhengzhou Printing and Dyeing Factory,etc.The main reasons for its successful completion are:"the whole country plays chess",the construction policy of centralized leadership,unified planning and comprehensive balance;The leaders attach importance to the in-depth and meticulous working methods;The high enthusiasm of the builders.Zhengzhou Textile Industrial Base has made significant contributions to the development of textile industry in New China.
