On the basis of sorting out the development mechanism of technology-industry-finance virtuous cycle,based on the data of 16 cities in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree model,Kernel density,Dagum Gini coefficient and obstacle degree model were used to analyze the spatio-temporal trend,regional differences and influencing factors of the virtuous cycle level of technology-industry-finance.The results show that the scientific and technological innovation,industrial structure upgrading and financial development of Shandong Province are in the middle level,and the three virtuous circle levels need to be further strengthened;the difference between regions is the main source of the difference in the level of the virtuous cycle.The number of institutions of higher learning,the index of urban innovation,the level coefficient of industrial structure,the index of industrial structure upgrading and the total balance of deposits and loans of financial institutions are the main obstacles to the development of the virtuous circle of science and technology,industry and finance.There is a space spillover effect in the process of virtuous cycle evolution.Therefore,improving the level of scientific and technological innovation,promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,improving the quality and efficiency of financial development services and narrowing regional differences are conducive to promoting the virtuous circle of technology-industry-finance in Shandong Province.
