The Inner Logic,Realistic Challenges,and Implementation Approaches of Empowering Common Prosperity with New Qualitative Productivity
Common prosperity is a long-term,arduous,and complex systematic project that must be pursued to the best of our ability,continuously promoted,and achieved new results.As an advanced productivity with innovation playing a leading role,the new quality productivity is the most active and important innovation power to promote high-quality development and realize Chinese path to modernization,and has important theoretical support and practical guiding significance for achieving common prosperity.Developing and cultivating new quality productive forces helps to enhance the development momentum,main force,and foundation of common prosperity,innovate the development model of common prosperity,and explore the implementation path of common prosperity.Since the 18th anniversary of the Communist Party of China,China has achieved significant results in promoting common prosperity.However,there are still practical problems such as insufficient understanding of the connotation of common prosperity,uneven regional development,and a large gap between urban and rural development and resident income distribution,which urgently need to be overcome.We must develop the new type of productive forces,promote the cultivation of new driving forces,stimulate the birth of new industries,and create new models,truly expanding and optimizing,and cutting and dividing the cake of common prosperity.Specifically,we must adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party and provide fundamental guarantees;To promote high-quality economic development and lay a solid foundation for common prosperity for all;We must adhere to the strategy of regional coordinated development and create an atmosphere of collaborative construction;To comprehensively promote the strategy of rural revitalization and create a pattern of urban-rural co governance;Deepen the reform of the distribution system and improve the mechanism for sharing achievements.
