Objective To explore the characteristics of spontaneous brain activity after Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infec-tion.Methods The Hp-positive group(n=29)and the control group(n=29)matched with age, sex, years of education and stomach disease were included.rs-fMRI data were collected. The static(sALFF)and dynamic low-frequency amplitude(dALFF)analyses between the two groups were carried out based on the DPABI software of Matlab2017b and the Dynam-icBC software, and the correlation analysis between the difference brain area values and the Upper Gastrointestinal Symptoms Rating Scale(GSRS)was conducted. Results Compared with the control group,sALFF value of left paracentral lobule, left posterior central gyrus and right thalamus increased in Hp positive group.dALFF time variability increased in occipital lobe, right temporal lobe and right thalamus(GRF correction, voxel level P<0.005,mass level P<0.05).dALFF value of right thalamus was positively correlated with GSRS score(P=0.041,r=0.269),but no significant correlation was found in other different brain regions. Conclusion Hp positive patients showed abnormal intensity and stability of brain activity, and the results were overlapping and complementary, suggesting that the combination of sALFF and dALFF indexes could re-flect the changes of brain activity and function in Hp infected patients to a certain extent.
