The Value of Combining PC-CS Score,PC-CTA Score and ASTRAL Score in Predicting the Prognosis of Venous Thrombolytic Therapy for Posterior Circulation Cerebral Infarction
Objective To estimate the value of posterior circulation computed tomography angiography(pc-CS),poste-rior circulation computed tomography angiography(pc-CTA)grading combined with acute stroke registry and analysis of lausan(ASTRAL)in predicting the prognosis of posterior circulation cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolytic thera-py.Methods One hundred and two invalids with posterior circulation cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected, and all invalids taken up intravenous thrombolytic therapy. After 3 months of treatment, invalids were classified into good prognosis group(score 3 below,n=68)and poor prognosis group(score 3 plus,n=34)according to the modified Rankin scale. The ASTRAL score,pc-CS,pc-CTA and clinical data were compared between two groups.Logistic regression analysis was conducted to screen the factors affecting the prognosis of invalids, and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive value of the influencing factors for the poor prog-nosis of invalids. Results The ASTRAL score,pc-CS and pc-CTA scores yielded statistical difference between good and poor prognosis groups(all P<0.05).The ASTRAL score,pc-CS and pc-CTA scores were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in invalids with posterior circulation cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolytic therapy(P<0.05).The a-nalysis of ROC curve results shows that the combined effectiveness of ASTRAL score,pc-CS score, and pc-CTA score was higher than that of individual tests(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of pc-CS,pc-CTA scores combined with AS-TRAL scores has high sensitivity and specificity is of great value in predicting the prognosis of invalids with posterior circu-lation cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolytic therapy, which is worthy recommendation.
