Objective To explore the imaging findings of Rosai-Dorfman's disease(RDD)in the head and neck in or-der to improve the diagnosis of the disease. Methods The clinical and imaging data of 5 patients with RDD confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively, and their imaging features were summarized in combination with the literature.CT was performed in 2 cases,CT and MRI were performed in 3 cases. Results Lymph node type was found in 2 cases, which showed bilateral cervical and submandibular lymph node enlargement, partial fusion, homogeneous density, and mild to mod-erate homogeneous enhancement of the lesions. Two mixed cases showed irregular masses in the nasal cavity and sinuses, narrowing of the nasal passages, marked enhancement of the masses, partial destruction of the maxillae with obvious en-hancement,and cervical lymph node enlargement. One case of extranodal type showed nodular thickening of the left parietal meninges with marked enhancement and meningeal tail sign. Conclusion The imaging manifestation of Rosai-Dorfman disease in the head and neck has certain specificity, which needs to be combined with pathological findingsto make an accu-rate diagnosis.
