Objective To discuss the value of Intelligent Quick Magnetic Resonance in head MRI scan by the compari-son of displays to the head separately by Intelligent Quick Magnetic Resonance and traditional scanning image. Methods 50 patients who were clinically doubted to have intracranial lesions were scanned by MRI in the head, then two groups of images for Intelligent Quick Magnetic Resonance and traditional scanning on the average signal intensity, noise, signal to noise ratio(SNR),contrast to noise ratio(CNR),subjective scoring and image quality were compared. Results 2 groups of images were compared, and the average signal intensity of head parenchyma has no statistical differences(t = 1.21,P>0.05);The differences were statistically significant(t =8.14,P<0.05;t =7.73,P<0.05;t =8.05,P<0.05)on noise,SNR and CNR.Compared with the traditional image group, the SD of the Intelligent Quick Magnetic Res-onanceimagegroupdecreasedby28.24% ,and the SNR and CNR increased by42.71% and49.11% .In addition, the subjective scoring of the two groups was different(Z =5.09,P<0.05).And for the rate of lesion detection, all the images were the same(P>0.05).Conclusion Intelligent Quick Magnetic Resonance can significantly improve the image quality in head MRI scanning without changing the tissue signal strength,as well as have a potential effect of reducing the scan time and improving the success rate of head MRI scan.
