摘要

目的 掌握我国二级及以上医院放射科大型医疗设备配置现状与使用情况,为全国各级医学影像技术学会、协会制定医学影像设备规范使用培训计划提供支持,为政府相关职能部门优化区域医疗资源配置提供参考.方法 使用中华医学会影像技术分会制定的调查表,由各医院放射科推荐一名影像技师线上填写问卷.填写内容包括设备配置种类、品牌、数量,各类设备的检查人次,以及图像存储与传输设备的品牌分布.收集有效问卷后,进行汇总和统计分析.结果 本调查共收集了全国 31 个省市共计 5403 份有效问卷.其中,影像设备包括数字X线机、CT、MRI以及PACS.各医院数字X线机、CT、MRI设备平均配备数量分别为6.0 台、2.8 台、1.6 台,进口品牌占比分别为57.0%、68.0%、78.6%.被调研医院都配置了PACS,且国产品牌占81.0%.全国每家医院日均进行数字X线、CT、MRI检查人数分别为130.7 人、165.2 人、58.4 人.结论 全国大型医学影像设备分布不均,高端机型主要集中在东部沿海经济发达地区和各省市的大型三级医院,进口品牌占有率较高,设备国产化有待进一步加强.大型三级医院影像设备检查人次相对较多,基层影像设备使用者的服务能力有待提升.

Abstract

Objective To grasp the current equipment condition and utilization of large medical equipment in the de-partment of radiology in hospitals at level Ⅱ and above in China,in order to provide support for the national medical imaging technology societies and associations in formulating training plans for the standard use of medical imaging equipment.And also provides reference for relevant government functional departments in optimizing regional medical resource allocation.Methods A questionnaire developed by the Chinese Society of Imaging Technology was used,andeach hospital's radiology department recommended one imaging technician to fill out the questionnaire online.The questionnaire included equipment configuration types,brands,quantities,the number of patients for various equipment,and the brand distribution of image storage and transmission equipment.After collecting valid questionnaires,the data were summarized and analyzed statistical-ly.Results This survey collected a total of 5403 valid questionnaires from 31 provinces and cities across the country.A-mong them,imaging equipment included digital X-ray machines,CT scanners,MRI machines,and PACS.The average num-ber of digital X-ray machines,CT scanners,and MRI machines in each hospital was 6.0,2.8,and 1.6,respectively,and the proportion of import brands was 57.0%,68.0%,and 78.6%respectively.All surveyed hospitals have been equipped with PACS,with a localization rate of 81.0%.The average number of daily digital X-ray,CT,and MRI patients per hospital in China was130.7,165.2,and 58.4,respectively.Conclusion The distribution of large medical imaging equipment in China is uneven.High-end models were mainly concentrated in economically developed regions along the eastern coast and large tertiary hospitals in various provinces and cities.The import brand share is relatively high,and there is still room for further strengthening equipment localization.Large tertiary hospitals have relatively more patients for each imaging equip-ment,and there is still room for improving the service capacity of basic-level imaging equipment users.
