Objective To explore the MRI features of primary tumors of the seminal vesicle gland,to improve the clini-cal diagnostic level of seminal vesicle gland lesions. Methods MRI data of 9 cases of primary tumors of the seminal vesi-cle gland confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed in conjunction with literature. Results The solitary fibrous tumor was found in 4 cases, which was solid or cystic-solid.The solid components showed low signal intensity on T1WI and high signal intensity on T2WI,and the solid components were moderate to obviously enhanced after enhance-ment.The inflammatory myofibro-blastic tumor was found in 2 cases,T1 WI and T2WI showed a slightly low or equal signal, and showed a watery signal in it,and the solid components showed progressive enhancement on the enhanced scan.Neurilemmoma was found in 2 cases,T1WI showed iso-and slightly high signal intensity,T2WI showed mixed signal intensi-ty,and solid components gradually enhanced during the contrast-enhanced scan.Adenocarcinoma was found in 1 case, which showed a multilocular cystic fluid signal with slight enhancement of the cyst wall and septum. Conclusion MRI is helpful to diagnose the nature of seminal vesicle gland tumor and the relationship between the tumor and surrounding tissue struc-ture before the operation, and guide clinical treatment.
