Objective To explore the application advantages of optimized contrast injection scheme combined with low-dose scanning in co-imaging of aorta and lower limb arteries. Methods A total of 50 patients in our hospital who had complete aorta and lower limb arteries at the same time were randomly divided into two groups,A(conventional program)and B(optimized program),with 25 cases in each group.Arterial angiography was performed, and then the images were comprehensively evaluated.Data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software. Results There was no significant difference in age,sex and body mass index between the two groups(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in thoracic aorta image quality score between the two groups(P<0.05),but no statistical significance in lower limb artery image qual-ity score between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean CT values of aortic root, ascending aorta, aortic arch and descending aorta in group A were lower than those in group B.The image quality of group B was generally higher than that of group A,and the scheme of group B made up for the shortcomings of group A,and the per capita dose of contrast agent was signifi-cantly reduced than that of group A.Conclusion The optimized scheme of contrast agent designed in this study has better image quality and lower dose of contrast agent in the combined imaging of the whole aorta and lower limb arteries, which has significant advantages and is worthy of clinical application.
