Objective To explore the clinical value of interventional treatment of middle cerebral artery aneurysm(MCAA).Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and imaging data of 102 patients with MCAA who were in-tervened with different interventional modalities in our center from January 2017 to December 2022,and followed up to ana-lyze the indexes of success rate of the procedure, complication rate, rebleeding rate, and recurrence rate. Results Among the 102 patients, the success rate of operation was 98.13%.There were 6 cases of parent artery and stent thrombus during operation, and the thrombus rate was 5.8%.Intraoperative rupture occurred in 2 cases, with a rupture rate of 1.9%.0 cases of ruptured aneurysm were followed up after operation.Tumor neck recurrence occurred in 3 cases of simple embolization and 2 cases of stent-assisted embolization, and the recurrence rate was about 4.5%.Conclusion MCAA interventional therapy has obvious value in clinical application. It is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment method with good curative effect. However,it is necessary to increase the sample size to further verify the above conclusions.
