Objective To thoroughly investigate the differences in MRI features between P63-positive and P63-negative breast cancer patients and analyze their clinical implications. Methods This retrospective study analyzed 125 breast cancer patients treated at our institution from February 2020 to October 2022,including groups with positive and negative P63 expression. We assessed their MRI morphological features and performed statistical analysis using cross-tabulation.Results Significant differences were observed between the P63-positive and P63-negative groups in terms of MRI morphol-ogy,margins,internal enhancement characteristics, and TIC curve types.Specifically, the P63-negative group predominantly exhibited irregular shapes and heterogeneous internal enhancement, while the P63-positive group primarily showed circular internal enhancement. The TIC curve types also significantly differed between the groups. Conclusion There is a signifi-cant correlation between P63 expression status and MRI features in breast cancer. These findings are crucial for preoperative prediction, designing treatment plans, and prognosis evaluation.
