Objective To summarize and analyze the CT and MRI features of hepatic hypertrophic pseudomass.Meth-ods The clinical and imaging data of patients with hypertrophic pseudomass or pathologically confirmed non-neoplastic le-sions in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and the imaging features were ana-lyzed.Results A total of 16 cirrhosis patients(21 hepatic hypertrophic pseudomass)were enrolled in this study. All he-patic hypertrophic pseudomass presented as a lump, with undistorted blood vessels. On plain CT scan,85.71%were iso-or slight hyper-density,92.85%were iso-or slight hypo-enhancement on late arterial phase, and all showed iso-or slight hypo-enhancement on portal and delayed phase. The hepatic hypertrophic pseudotumor showed iso-or different degrees of high signal on T1WI,low signal on fat-suppression T2WI and DWI,low enhancement on late arterial phase, portal venous phase and delayed phase, and iso-enhancement on hepatobiliary phase. Conclusion The hypertrophic pseudomass of the liver occurs on the basis of liver cirrhosis.Familiarity with its predilection location and corresponding CT and MRI findings are helpful for the qualitative diagnosis of hepatic hypertrophic pseudomass.
