Effect of Kun tai Gel Combined with Fenmutong on Sex Hormone Levels and Uterine Artery Hemodynamic Parameters in Patients with Ovarian Reserve Dysfunction
Objective To explore the relationship between the parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic reso-nance imaging(DCE-MRI)and the differentiation degree of endometrial carcinoma(EC)and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and P53.Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with EC admitted and confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.DCE-MRI parameters of EC patients with different differentiation de-grees were compared. The expression of VEGF and P53 protein in EC tissue was quantified, and the relationship between them and the clinical pathology of patients was analyzed.DCE-MRI parameters of EC patients with different VEGF and P53 expressions were compared.Spearman's analysis was used the correlation between DCE-MRI parameters and differentiation degree,VEGF and P53 in EC patients. Results There were statistically significant differences in rate constant(Kep),volume transport constant(Ktrans)and volume fraction of contrast agent in extracellular space(Ve)among EC patients with different differentiation degrees(P<0.05).The Kep,Ktrans and Ve value of low differentiation and middle differentiation were higher than those of high differentiation(P<0.05).The Kep,Ktrans and Ve value of low differentiation were higher than those of middle differentiation(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of VEGF and P53 in EC tissues were 80.77%and 63.85%,respectively.Clinical stages Ⅲ-Ⅳ,myometrial invasion>1/2,lymph node metastasis, the positive expression rates of VEGF and P53 in poorly differentiated EC tissues were higher than those in clinical stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ,myometrial inva-sion ≤1/2,no lymph node metastasis and moderate/high differentiation(P<0.05).The Kep,Ktrans and Ve value of VEGF positive were higher than those of VEGF negative(P<0.05).The K,Krans andVevalue of P53 positive were higher than those of P53 negative(P<0.05).The Kep,Ktrans and Ve value of EC patients were negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05),and positively correlated with VEGF and P53(P<0.05).Conclusion DCE-MRI parameters are related to the differentiation degree of EC and the expression of VEGF and P53 in tissues.
