淀粉基API木材胶黏剂制备与表征

用过硫酸铵对淀粉酸解氧化,制备淀粉基水性高分子异氰酸酯(API)木材胶黏剂.通过正交试验讨论了改性淀粉液浓度、乳化剂(SBR)加入量、PVA浓度和P-MDI加入量对淀粉基API胶接强度的影响.结果表明:改性淀粉45g、SBR为干淀粉质量的3%、PVA的浓度为10%和P-MDI加入量为主剂质量的18%时制备的淀粉基API胶黏剂性能最佳,所压制胶合木的压缩剪切强度达到LY/T 1601-2002中规定的Ⅰ型Ⅰ类胶黏剂的胶接性能指标.
Preparation and Characterization of Starch-based API Wood Adhesive
In this study modified starch was prepared by acid-thinned and oxidation with ammonium persulfate,then starch-based Aqueous Polymer Isocyanate (API) wood adhesive was prepared.The effect of the additive amount of modified starch,SBR,P-MDI and the concentration of PVA on bonding strength for starch-based API adhesive were discussed by orthogonal test.The results showed that when the addition of modified starch was 45g,SBR was 3%,concentration of PVA was 10%,and amount of P-MDI was 18%,starchbased API adhesive performance was the best.The compression shearing of glulam produced by starch-based API adhesive had reached bonding performance indicators of Ⅰ type Ⅰ adhesive stipulated by LY/T 1601-2002.
