工艺参数对防潮纤维板性能的影响

为扩展纤维板材在高温高湿及户外等环境下的应用,改善尺寸稳定性,减少因吸水而导致的膨胀变形,延长其使用寿命,纤维板需要具有防潮功能,以满足其在潮湿状态下的使用要求.笔者探讨了几个工艺参数对防潮纤维板各项性能指标的影响,确定了较佳的工艺参数,为防潮纤维板的连续化、规模化生产及应用提供了试验依据与参考.
The Influence of Process Parameters on Moisture-proof Fiberboard Performance
For extending the application of fiberboard under the high temperature,high humidity and outdoor environment,improving its dimensional stability,reducing the expansion deformation caused by water absorption,and prolonging its service life,the fiberboard should have moisture proof function to meet the operating requirement in wet condition.Authors of this paper discussed several process parameters' influence on moisture fiberboard's various performance indicators,the better technological parameter is determined,which provides experimental evidences and references for moisture fiberboard' s continuous and large-scale production and application.
