Study on Quick Response Mechanism and Key Technology of the Mass Customization Furniture
This paper has analyzed the necessity of two aspects including impact of furniture market development and restriction of production mode for realization of quick response to customer demand for the mass customization furniture,constructed key technology structure of quick response to the mass customization furniture through analysis of the connotation of quick response to the mass customization furniture,namely,collection and processing technology of customer demand information,product development design,and quick setting technology,production line optimization and flexible manufacturing technology,supply chain cooperation and operation technology as well as enterprise information share and control technology,and interpreted basic flow and implementation procedure of furniture quick response mechanism in detail,which has provided reference for realization of quick response to customer demand while managing customer relation by mass customization fiurniture in China.
