Experimental Study on the Combustion Performance of Bamboo-willow Pellet Fuel
The biomass determination instrument was used to simulate the combustion characteristics of fuel in the burner from the angle of combustion rate.Using orthogonal test method to design the test conditions, the compression ratio was selected for 4,4.5,5,the excess air coefficient was selected for 1.1,1.3,1.5 and the furnace temperature was selected at 800,900,1 000 ℃.The combustion performance of bamboo-willow pellet fuel was studied experimentally, which provided the basis for the energy utilization of bamboo-willow pellet.Test results show that the main factor affecting the relative burning rate was furnace temperature. The rate of the nine experimental groups were maintained at about 0.34 g/min,the combustion was mainly concentrated in the first 5 minutes and the average relative burning rate at around 90%,then the absolute burning rate fell sharply, and the combustion duration was shorter.Bamboo-willow pellet fuel of ash melting point below 1 360 ℃,that is slightly lower than bituminous coal.Bamboo-willow pellets are not suitable for separate combustion alone, there is the possibility of slagging in the boiler when burning and the flue gas temperature of furnace outlet is controlled below 1 250 ℃.It's more suitable for high content of volatile bituminous coal boiler equipment to burn bamboowillow pellet fuel.
