Research on VOCs Whole Process Cleaner Production Renovation and Improvement Program of Plywood Industry
Plywood is the major type of board in the production and consumption of wood-based panel products in China.The production process of plywood uses a large number of adhesives,which belongs to the typical industry of VOCs emission.Labor-intensive production mode and extensive management mode lead to the outstanding problem of VOCs pollution in the industry,and it is urgent to strengthen the comprehensive treatment of the whole process and whole link of VOCs.In this paper,the goal of"continuous improvement of air quality"and"double carbon"was focused on,the key common problems of VOCs management in the plywood industry were analyzed,and a set of VOCs cleaner production improvement solutions covering raw material procurement,storage,treatment and product production with cleaner production audits as a starting point was established.It is recommended to promote the overall cleaner production audit mode,encourage the source replacement of formaldehyde-free adhesives,fully implement the process control of VOCs unorganized emission,as well as promote the application of VOCs deep treatment and carbon collaborative emission reduction technology,and promote the green,low-carbon and high-quality development of the plywood industry.
