碳中和目标下黑龙江省生物能源生产技术路线研究

基于黑龙江省碳达峰、碳中和目标,依托黑龙江省丰富的生物质资源,结合黑龙江省统计年鉴的相关统计数据,计算了黑龙江省不同地区的生物资源存储量,在分析黑龙江省典型的生物能源生产技术路线的基础上,提出了切实可行且符合黑龙江省产业结构的生物能源产业发展的技术路径.研究结果表明:黑龙江省秸秆资源主要类型为水稻秸秆和玉米秸秆,畜禽粪便主要来自于大牲畜、黄牛及肉牛.黑龙江省资源丰富地区为哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔和绥化3个地区,较丰富地区为鸡西、双鸭山、大庆、佳木斯、牡丹江和黑河6个地区,不丰富地区为鹤岗、伊春、七台河和大兴安岭4个地区.黑龙江省典型的生物能源为生物乙醇和生物柴油.黑龙江省需要依托现有成熟的生物质转化技术,大力发展生物燃气和纤维素乙醇产业.发展时应根据资源分布情况进行合理布局,推进以秸秆等非粮生物质为原料的生物制醇示范工程,完善以秸秆制醇为核心的多产品联产成套工艺体系;有序开发利用废弃油脂资源和非食用油料资源生产生物柴油,完善原料供应体系,重点突破油脂回收、高效酯交换等关键技术.
Study on the Technological Route of Bioenergy Production in Heilongjiang Province Under the Carbon Neutralization Target
Based on the target of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in Heilongjiang Province,relying on the abundant biomass resources in Heilongjiang Province,and combing with relevant statistical data of Heilongjiang Statistical Yearbook,the storage of biological resources in different regions of Heilongjiang Province were calculated.On the basis of analyzing typical bioenergy production technology routes in Heilongjiang Province,a practical and feasible technological pathway for the development industry in line with the industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province was put forward.The results showed that the main types of straw resources in Heilongjiang Province were rice straw and corn straw,and the manure of livestock and poultry mainly came from large livestock,yellow cattle and beef cattle.Three resource-rich regions in Heilongjiang Province were Harbin,Qiqihar and Suihua,six richer regions were Jixi,Shuangyashan,Daqing,Jiamusi,Mudanjiang and Heihe,and four less abundant regions were Hegang,Yichun,Qitaihe and Daxinganling.The typical bioenergy in Heilongjiang Province is bioethanol and biodiesel.Heilongjiang Province needs to vigorously develop bio-gas and cellulosic ethanol industries relying on the existing mature biomass conversion technology.The development should be rationally distributed according to the distribution of resources,promote the demonstration project of biological alcohol production with non-grain biomass such as straw as raw materials,and improve the complete set of multi-product co-production process system with straw alcohol production as the core.It is necessary to orderly develop and use waste oil resources and non-edible oil resources to produce biodiesel,improve the raw material supply system,and focus on breaking through key technologies such as oil recovery and efficient transesterification.
