摘要
目的：探讨我院10年间急诊疾病谱的变迁特点。方法回顾性调查我院2003年1月～2012年12月99702例急诊患者资料，将数据输入计算机，以Excel软件对结果进行计算，列出我院前5位急诊疾病，分析我院急诊疾病谱的变迁特点。结果近10年我院急诊疾病谱仍以非创伤性疾病为主，然而，与前5年间相比，后5年间神经系统和外伤性急诊疾病明显增多。全年就诊时间分布变化则以第四季度增多为特点：我院急诊患者日就诊时间呈非线性特征。结论我院急诊疾病谱已发生变迁，提示在疾病高峰来临之前应做好应对准备。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of emergency disease spectrum and nursing strategy within 10 years in our hospital .Methods A total of 99702 cases in emergency department of our hospital from 2003 to 2012 were enrolled by retro-spective analysis .The data was input the computer and calculated by excellsoft .The front 5 diseases were recorded .The pattern of the emergency diseases spectrum was identified .Results Most of the emergency cases were non -traumatic disea-ses within 10 years in our hospital .However ,the patients suffering from nerve system or traumatic diseases were remarka-ble increased during 2008 to 2012 compared with that of 5 years earlier .It is characterized with the grow th of emergency pa-tients in the fourth quarter .Distribution of visiting time was shown as nonlinear daily in our hospital .Conclusion The emer-gency diseases spectrum has changed in our hospital .It is important for doctors to take measure s to meet the situation .
