脑出血患者疾病复发风险感知现状及其影响因素调查

摘要
目的 调查脑出血患者疾病复发风险感知现状及其影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取 2023 年 3 月-9 月我院针灸科收治的 256 例脑出血患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和患者复发风险感知评估量表进行调查.结果 脑出血患者复发风险感知总分为(31.37±7.29)分,处于较低水平.多元线性回归分析结果显示,患者年龄、疾病发作次数、合并症、后遗症是脑出血患者复发风险感知水平的影响因素.结论 脑出血患者复发风险感知处于较低水平,且受多种因素影响.医护人员需引起重视,并个体化评估脑出血患者复发风险感知水平,针对性的制定干预方案,以降低疾病复发风险,促进患者康复.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the status quo and risk factors of disease recurrence risk perception in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 256 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were investigated by general data questionnaire and patient recurrence risk perception assessment scale.Results The total score of the risk perception assessment scale for cerebral hemorrhage patients was(31.37±7.29).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age of patients,the number of disease attacks,comorbidities and sequelae were the factors risk the perceived recurrence risk of cerebral hemorrhage pa-tients.Conclusion The recurrence risk perception of cerebral hemorrhage patients is at a low level.In addition,the age of patients,the number of disease attacks,comorbidities and sequelae were all factors affecting the risk perception of recurrence in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Medical staffs should pay attention to the perceived recurrence risk level of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,evaluate the perceived recurrence risk level of patients with cerebral hemorrhage individually,and formulate targeted intervention plans to reduce the risk of disease recurrence of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
