Objective To investigate the statusand influencing factors of pain disaster in children after orthopedic surgery.Methods 321 children with orthopaedic surgery were investigated by general data questionnaire,pain catastrophizing scale,visual analog scale,moophobia scale and functional exercise compliance scale.Results The total score of the pain catastrophizing scale was(38.28±2.47).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of pain catastrophizing in orthopedic children included operation method,postoperative days,pain,moophobia and functional exercise compliance(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion The level of pain disaster in children after orthopaedic surgery is at a high level.Medical staff should pay attention to the level of pain disaster in children after orthopaedic surgery,and formulate effective intervention programs according to its influencing fac-tors to promote the postoperative rehabilitation of children.
