摘要
目的 调查泌尿外科日间手术患者就医体验及照护需求,分析就医体验影响因素及存在的问题,为患者提供针对性照护方案,改善患者就医体验.方法 采用随机抽样法,选取2020年1月-2022年12月我院泌尿外科日间手术患者368例为研究对象.采用依据服务质量模型(SERVQUAL)修订后的SERVQUAL调查问卷进行调查,并运用自制的照护需求调查问卷对患者在术前照护、术中照护和术后照护的护理需求进行调查.结果 368例患者SERVQUAL调查问卷可靠性得分为(17.84±1.16)分、反应性得分为(16.39±1.12)分、保证性得分为(16.36±1.32)分、同情心得分为(16.44±1.13)分、实施性得分为(16.72±1.21)分;患者照护需求调查问卷3个阶段照护需求得分分别为术前(43.52±3.69)分、术中(42.98±4.96)分、术后(45.36±3.56)分.结论 泌尿外科日间手术患者对医疗服务有较高期望值,照护需求较高,临床可根据调查提供个性化护理,以提高患者满意度和康复效果.
Abstract
Objective Investigate the medical experience of urology surgery patients and the care needs of different stages,analyze the influencing factors of medical experience,explore the existing problems,and provide basis for improving patients'medi-cal experience and providing targeted care programs for patients.Method Using the SERVQUAL questionnaire and the SE-RVQUAL model,368 patients who underwent daytime surgery at the Northern Theater Command General Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected,and 368 questionnaires were distributed for statistical analysis of the data,and the ques-tionnaire was used to investigate the care needs of patients in different stages of preoperative care,intraoperative care and postopera-tive care.Result Patient SERVQUAL questionnaire reliability dimension score(17.84±1.16),reactive dimension score(16.39±1.12),guaranteed dimension score(16.36±1.32),compassion dimension score(16.44±1.13)and implementation dimen-sion score(16.72±1.21);the scores of the three stages were preoperative(43.52±3.69),intraoperative(42.98±4.96)and postoperative(45.36±3.56).Conclusion Patients undergoing day surgery in urology have high expectations of medical services and high care needs,According to the different stages of care needs,medical teams can provide personalized care based on the study to improve patients'satisfaction and rehabilitation results.
